Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the INR Tracker mobile app ("the app", "we") collects, why, where it is stored, and the choices you have. INR Tracker is developed by an independent developer, reachable at dan.ribak17@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Account information
- Your email address, and a securely hashed password if you sign up with email.
- If you choose Continue with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data.
Health information you enter
- INR results, the time they were measured, and optional notes.
- Your target INR range.
- Your warfarin regimens (doses, schedule, effective dates, optional names and notes), your tablet strengths, and your daily dose time.
- Records of medication doses, if you log them.
This information is provided by you. The app does not read data from Apple Health, Google Fit, laboratories, or medical devices.
Diagnostic information
If the app crashes or hits an error, a technical report (such as the error, app version, and device model) may be sent to our error-monitoring provider. Before a report leaves your device, the app removes user identifiers, request details, and extra data, so reports do not include your account details or health information.
How we use information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To store your records and show them back to you across sessions.
- To schedule medication reminders on your device.
- To find and fix bugs.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or selling, and the app does not provide medical advice or calculate doses.
Where your data is stored
Your account and records are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted so that each account can read only its own records. On your phone, your sign-in session is kept in the device's secure storage.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app:
- Supabase: hosting, database, and sign-in.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Sentry: crash and error reports, without personal or health data.
We do not sell or rent your information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Notifications
Medication reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They show a neutral message ("Medication reminder") and never include INR values or doses.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and its records.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your information in the app. You can also ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and all associated records by emailing dan.ribak17@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. We aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
INR Tracker is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use encryption in transit, per-account access controls in the database, and secure on-device storage for sign-in sessions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
